Review STAY AWAY FROM GIMA ELEVATORS

Around a year ago Gima installed an elevator into the building that I live in. Since then, there hasn't been one week that the elevator has worked every day. The elevator breaks once a week AT LEAST. Gima has nothing to lose so they won't change the dysfunctional elevator they installed.
Their customer service gets zero stars too. I told the manager in charge that it is dangerous for people to get stuck inside an elevator for long periods of time and his response was "Thanks for the sob story. Its not such a problem".
