Review Worse service ever

We are in Tel-Aviv. We bought a dishwasher on Thursday (over the phone), the apparatus was delivered on Monday. On Monday we called to invite a technician, the technician can only come on Wednesday morning (from 8-12)! So I am wasting my morning at home instead of going to work. (Note we could not get the phone of the technician…) and well the technician did not come. I am calling the company and well there was an error, a technician was not invited. Because there is no a technician going to Tel-Aviv every day, I have to wait till next Thursdays (more than a week) to get the dishwasher installed.
Conclusion, do not buy large apparatus from this company. You need two weeks to get them installed.
