Review of B.D. GRAIVER LTD.

bought 2 roundtrip flight ticket tlv-mia on april 2012 for august 2012.paid cash .
so far so good.but at the of may decided to cancel our trip. went to their office branch (zichron yaacov ) ,to cancel them;penalty $240,time to get money back 30 days.

after almost 2 month not a clue of my money.not even a call back.
just promises,nothing else.
