Review of AFIK BEST LIGHT INVESTMENTS LTD

The review is about LOGO PREMIUM aka LOGO Lighting.

To make long story short:
We ordered several lighting products, and were told that we'll receive them in 14 days.
After we waited the 14 days we asked to cancel our order and get our money back, because we never got our products.

We got there agreement (at the store) to cancel the order and get our money back.

We were told to address the main company office to do so(the cancellation).
On the 1st two times we were told that the CEO (who is in charge on this kind of responsibility) is abroad and we should try(again we suppose to address them for service) again next week or so.

We've waited another week just to receive his mobile phone number to try and catch him over the phone.

Apparently he is very "BUSY" ignoring us and nourish there terrible customer service.

Meanwhile they are holding our money and we have nothing to do about it.
