Question for A.M. HAEMEK SNACKS LTD.

I bought a pack of Bissli from the Bagesi brand, divided into small kid-friendly packages. Inside one of the packages I was shocked to find BIssli powder and no actual Bissli. I'm wondering why there is no place to complain on the company website. How do I contact them to register a complaint?
