Question for HELICON LTD.

Your 1995 CD "Goodbye, my friend" (in memory of Yitzhak Rabin) has a wonderful song on track 10 of the first disc. My Hebrew is limited, and the title seems to be Halicha la kasrin. I can't read the name of the singer. Please can you tell me her name because I would like to buy CDs of her other music. Anything you can tell me about her and her music would be helpful. I do understand the words of the song and I think it is the most beautiful song I have ever heard!
