Question for SHARON KFAR SABA HALLS LTD.

Can you please tell me the best way to travel to and from Sharon Halls, Kfar Saba, starting from Haifa, Hof HaCarmel
either bus or train? I would like to arrive at Sharon Hall at around 6.30 pm on Thursday October 24 and return to Haifa the same evening, probably starting back at around 9 pm. Thank you.
