I placed an order online for a Master Slicer on Sep. 6th. They charged me immediately, but as of Sep. 15th, I still have not received any shipping information from the company. Their web site is in Hebrew, and they make it very difficult to contact them, by not providing any email address. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
