GAVANA LTD

Gavan is a company based in Acre, HaZafon, Israel that was founded in 2018 by Allen Hazan and Uri Jeremias. Its mission is to improve the quality of food using natural resources. To do this, Gavan extracts targeted proteins while preserving their natural structure. This process leaves the rest of the biomass intact, allowing for repeated extraction of additional ingredients without damaging the environment. Ultimately, Gavan's goal is to improve food quality while protecting the planet.
