Poor service
I am Vijay, a post-doc in Israel. I recently applied for insurance for my wife. I paid the insurance fee in October 2017. But until today i.e 17 January 2018, I did not receive the insurance card. I had sent several emails to the insurance company to Ms. Mali but no use. They say silly excuses like dog ate the card. They are blaming the post office, weather, etc. Delay in sending a card to a customer by 3 months (not until today) is not acceptable. Highly irresponsible officials. Never buy this insurance.
