Unprofessional! The service is average... By Israeli standards. But I was taking my kids home on line no.1 (no. 7739 I believe) in Modi'in at 18:30 in the evening and my kids were not bothering anyone, but we're aggetating each other and requiring my intervention to calm them down... Nothing out of the ordinary for kids. Here is were things got offensive. An old man who seemed to be pals with the bus driver decided to stick his nose in our business in old school Israeli fashion and encouraged the driver to intervene, who then stopped the bus and proceded to talk to me very rudly, in Hebrew ofcourse. I responded by telling him nothing was wrong but his condescending attitude and that of his elderly friend was completely unacceptable. I approached the driver and demanded his bus number and told them off in my pathetic Hebrew, they both kept quiet after that, but if we were not causing a disturbance other than in the mind of a sinial old bat, then why should we be harassed by the driver???
