We are still waiting for Semel to finish our kitchen, they have great sales service but their after service is terrible. Design is great but I would suggest that you make sure you keep previous designs handy before signing off the final design because those unknown changes become your problem. Also I would suggest that you write a copy of your requirements for your kitchen and get them to sign it off as they say the spice draw we had in our previous kitchen and was requested for this kitchen is not in the signed off design even though that is what we thought we were getting. Again it is the plans that we have signed off. We keep requesting they finish the kitchen including the settings on the door and handles on the door and to date we have no joy.
